Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 12, 2026

 

 

1. Overview

 

 

This Cancellation & Termination Policy explains what happens if a business chooses to stop working with BookingBeagle or if services are discontinued for any reason.

 

BookingBeagle provides booking system setup, management, and ongoing support. Continued access to BookingBeagle-powered booking sites is contingent upon an active working relationship.

 

 

 

2. Business-Initiated Cancellation

 

 

If a business decides they no longer wish to use BookingBeagle’s services:

 

  • The business must notify BookingBeagle in writing (email is sufficient).

  • Upon cancellation, BookingBeagle-managed booking services will be discontinued.

  • The business will no longer have access to their BookingBeagle booking site, booking links, or related platform configurations.

 

 

Cancellation does not require a long-term contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

 

 

3. Loss of Access to Booking Site

 

 

Once services are canceled or terminated:

 

  • The BookingBeagle booking site and links will be deactivated

  • Clients will no longer be able to book appointments through BookingBeagle

  • BookingBeagle will no longer manage scheduling, availability, or booking workflows for the business

 

 

BookingBeagle booking systems are not transferable after termination.

 

 

 

4. Existing Appointments

 

 

At the time of cancellation:

 

  • BookingBeagle is not responsible for managing, rescheduling, or notifying clients of future appointments unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • The business is responsible for any client communication regarding cancellations or transitions to a new booking system.

  • Payments already processed through third-party payment processors remain subject to those processors’ policies.

 

 

 

 

5. Data & Information

 

 

After termination:

 

  • BookingBeagle may retain limited information for recordkeeping, compliance, or legal purposes.

  • BookingBeagle is not obligated to maintain or migrate booking data once services are discontinued unless a separate agreement exists.

 

 

 

 

6. BookingBeagle-Initiated Termination

 

 

BookingBeagle reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion if:

 

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • The platform is misused

  • There is abusive behavior, fraud, or unlawful activity

  • Continued service is no longer feasible

 

 

In such cases, access to the booking site may be suspended immediately.

 

 

 

7. Fees & Refunds

 

 

If applicable:

 

  • Any fees already paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

  • Convenience or booking fees paid by clients are governed by the booking system’s disclosed terms.

 

 

 

 

8. No Liability After Termination

 

 

Once access is removed:

 

  • BookingBeagle is not responsible for lost bookings, revenue, or business interruptions.

  • BookingBeagle has no obligation to continue providing booking services or platform access.
