  • Ongoing booking-related support services

 

 

BookingBeagle does not act as a payment processor, bank, or merchant of record.

 

 

 

3. Consultations

 

 

Consultations booked through our site:

 

  • Are informational and non-obligatory

  • May include platform demonstrations and explanations of services, fees, and workflows

  • Do not guarantee acceptance into or continuation of services

 

 

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations if necessary.

 

 

 

4. Fees & Payments

BookingBeagle may provide services to businesses at no direct cost, depending on the service model.

 

 

b. Client Convenience Fees

 

 

Clients booking appointments through BookingBeagle-powered systems may be charged a small online booking or convenience fee.

These fees are:

 

  • Clearly disclosed during booking

  • Charged to the client, not the business

  • Separate from the service provider’s pricing

 

 

 

 

5. Third-Party Services

 

 

BookingBeagle integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, payment processors).

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Third-party outages

  • Processing delays

  • Platform changes

  • Payment disputes handled by those providers

 

 

Users agree to comply with the terms of any third-party services they use.

 

 

 

6. No Guarantees

 

 

While we strive to provide reliable services, BookingBeagle does not guarantee:

 

  • Increased bookings or revenue

  • Elimination of no-shows

  • Platform uptime or performance of third-party services

 

 

All services are provided “as is.”

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingBeagle shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Payment disputes

 

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to BookingBeagle, if any, in the preceding 12 months.
